QuantBayes results
A QuantBayes result reports evidence sufficiency for each item under the selected evidence profile.
Item-level values
Each item result includes:
k
m
theta_mean
theta_lower
theta_upper
percentile
Fields
k is the number of evidence-present checks for the item.
m is the number of rules in the selected profile.
theta_mean is the posterior mean evidence sufficiency estimate.
theta_lower is the lower credible interval bound.
theta_upper is the upper credible interval bound.
percentile ranks the item relative to other items in the same run.
Global summary
A global summary may include:
n_items
m_rules
mean_theta
median_theta
lower_theta
upper_theta
ci_level
Ranking
Items are usually ranked by theta_mean. Credible intervals should be reviewed alongside the ranking.
Export values
Raw result exports should preserve:
k

theta_mean
theta_lower
theta_upper
percentile
Global exports should preserve:
n_items

Interpretation
A higher QuantBayes score means stronger evidence completeness under the selected profile.
It does not automatically mean the item is true, causal, pathogenic, safe, or clinically actionable.
